… and let yourself be guided during all the preparation… you will be sure, thus, to have been thought to everything..  This package includes: planning (35 hours of consulting, including vendors visits), logistics and coordination with (on demand) unlimited planning hours (Full Time Assistance)… from initial consultation to on-site coordination.. We work side by side with you to go over all the details..
Such Performance includes:

A)  CONCEPT
—  Artistic Direction: definition of custom:  ‘Topic’, Design, Style, atmosphere…
—  (documented) Search on the Topic….
—  Search and/or creation of custom:  announcements, menus, tables disposal, signs… according to the chosen topic..
—  Setting of your own universe: we will expressly conceive for you a special Decoration, accessories, animations, etc… (This ‘basic’ setting could be further improved and personalized for a style more sought-after or a more original profile.. on estimate –  see ‘Decoration Service’ below)

B)  COUNCILS and ACCOMPAINMENT
—  We will accompany and advise you during the all preparation time
—  Councils will be offered on:  the choice of the date, sites, vendors.. the way to write down the guests check list..
—  Councils… on the bureaucratic steps to carry out and the preparation of the (religious-civic) ceremony
—  Councils on the Dresses to wear…  (for her, him, the Wedding Party….)
—  ‘Initiation’  to Label, Protocol, Traditions…. (included in this session would be the answers to any etiquette questions)

C)  ORGANIZATION of the EVENT
—  Vendors referrals:  you will be supplied with Vendors & Venues recommendations.. We put  at your disposal Suppliers of confidence and quality and we provide help with a careful vendor contract review (not the legal issue, of course.. but the details)
—  Organization of your appointments… we provide face-to-face-meetings
—  Economic and financial planning development:  we’ll flex your budget or draw the elaboration of a custom one, back-planning your tasks and supplying you with other financial instruments
—  Rates:  we suggest the Suppliers should be paid straight from you for greater transparency and we promise, by our side, to keeping within your budget
—  Management of the Program and Guests.We prepare a very detailed timeline for everyone and we coordinate the transport dealing with every referrals  (on demand: transfers, reception, reservations or coordinating guests room blocks..)
—  We also includes   (with the ‘Full Assistance’ Package).. some fabulous extras such as:  Rehearsal Dinner management and a cute Website of your ‘own’ wedding…
—  We, eventually,  attend and organize the Big Day.. we’ll be just on your side in order to coordinate everything, to manage the Suppliers, to resolve eventual unexpected, etc… by the aid of our professionalism and… a huge helpful  ‘Emergency Kit’  to be prepared for anything..

Details on the Operation –  how it is proceeded:

1)    MEETING   We begin to meet about  2  to 12 months prior to your wedding day…  This encounter with the Couple, on the premises of our Agency/Studio, at your house or at any other place on agree, is free and without any engagement from your part..
2)    LISTENING   We will, then, talking about what you visualize, listen to what your objectives are and pay attention to what you envision for your own wedding: the project you keep in mind, the number of people you expect to attend,  any cultural or traditional influence you want to incorporate.. we will discuss about your desires, wishes, expectations, affective history (romance), religious sideboard… we will work a custom ‘Theme’ (topic), the atmosphere, the style of your wedding.. starting from your tastes, personality and budget… as to establish a relation of confidence between us…
3)    CONCEPTUALIZATION   Our team will then formulate ideas to make your inspirations and ambitions come true and every aspect and details of the Event will be researched through..  We develop a budget you are comfortable with (or we keep in the one you have figured out, yet)… Then you will receive a formal  ‘Proposal’ of various performances together with an estimate hand-tailored to your goals and budget..
4)     PREPARATION   Upon approval, we’ll move into the production of your wedding in the respect of your budget and delay…
5)     MISSION   Once there is a mutual understanding of what is expected, Perlage Eventi will take on charge the mission you entrust to it… We make it easy for you to choose the degree of our participation remaining masters of the situation… You can be involved as much or as little as you wish…
6)     WEB-SITE   A space dedicated expressly to your wedding (that will be delivered on the  ‘Full-Assistance’  Package)…  will be open for you on the web..   to publish: the Bridal Registry, your engaged-time or childhood pictures, any comments or information about your own wedding as well as the time-line, the maps, some suggestions for the accommodation for people coming from afar and proposals for touristic tours and over night shows… together with up-dated and last minute news.. the Wedding & Honeymoon snap-shots (possibly with comments) and your guests wedding-pictures.. This personal website will allow you to communicate and up-date your guests in .. ‘real time’…!
7)     RESEARCH   Perlage Eventi is involved with securing Vendors for your Event.  It will search for you or will propose to you, out of its ‘Carnet’ of Addresses, the right quality Experts for your wedding while making you enjoying, at the same time, of privileged rates…  You will have the opportunity to vision our catalogues, pictures and any information equipments… you can discuss with us the vendors you want to use and pre-select those who you prefer.. then.. you will easy choose, upon consultation, among the favorites ones
8)      APPOINTMENTS   Perlage Eventi will organize therefore, for you, the appointments with the Suppliers… it will make you taste the best products, touch the better fabrics and introduce you to the best craftsmen…
9)     ACCOMPAINMENT   It will accompany you in all the administrative or practical steps, as well as any other appointment to make sure that all the details have been considered
10)    SELECTION    so you will be able to select whatever you like without any stress, waiste of time or strolling around timelessly ..
11)    OPTIONS   It will, then propose you various options for the creation of your wedding as well as helping you with the design, atmosphere and décor
12)    INFORMATIONS   You will be kept posted regularly to the advance of the project in order to validate every step…You will not take care by yourself of anything at all  (but.. ‘you want it..’), avoiding stress and waste of time… but you will still keep the total control of every single decision.. In the same way you will be able to contact us at any moment and for any reason (through telephone or e-mail) …
13)     REFERRALS MANAGEMENT   Once the single steps validated and chosen the suppliers, Perlage Eventi will be taken care of the negotiation, the reservations, the logistics up to the invoicing control for every single Service…
14)     CAHIERS   Perlage Eventi  will elaborate for you your own ‘Cahier’ of Addresses and ‘Carnet’ of Expenses.  It will prepare your back-planning, the ‘history’ of your wedding and a ‘Must-to-Do’ list
15)     TRANSPARENCY   Perlage Eventi guarantees you transparency and correct management of your budget, inviting you to pay-off all the bills personally
16)     PROGRAM   It will, then, elaborate the Day-of planning together with you… the timeline development.. the itinerary for the wedding day…
17)     IMPLEMENTATION   The Team will transform the Venues into that special, poetic, romantic, fine or cheerful atmosphere you have been imagined of..
18)     REHEARSAL  DINNER   we orchestrate (on demand), the Rehearsal and a Coordinator will be present to assure a smooth and enjoyable one

This is for the clients who want to take on a lot of the work themselves but really need a little help…

DAY-OF   COORDINATION

You have the time to plan and organize your wedding but you need some help on the Big Day to make sure everything is executed properly and you prefer that you, your relatives and friends must not have any assignment or annoyance (the day of the wedding) in order to enjoy it…?

We’ll take on charge the overall coordination… We’ll provide on-site services assistance and we’ll serve as main contact for your vendors on the ‘Day-of’.  We’ll bring together, in other words,  the wedding that you have been planning from day one

DEVELOPMENT 
–  Appointment  in order to make the point on what you have previewed.  You meet with our Consultant 2 to 4 weeks before the big day to discuss your specific plans and details  (‘Day-of  Service’ may starts, sometimes, about 6 weeks out from the wedding date)
–  ‘Take on charge’  to the D-15   (15 days out from the big day).
–  We’ll review all the Vendors.. will contact and coordinate them.. (including: vendors confirmation, reception & coordination on the day ‘D’).
–  We create the Planning of the day-of and an event-itinerary for the wedding-party and everyone involved
–  Control of ‘Timing’  (We’ll make certain that the predefined timetables come respected by everyone and that everybody will be at the right place at the right time…)
–  Attendance to the ‘Setting’ through a check-up with you.. (‘Mise en place’..tables plan, markers of places, tablecloths, menus…)
–  Arrangement of  the ultimate details..
